Fusion Business Development is located in Raleigh, North Carolina. We work with clients locally and across the United States.   

We help business owners develop a clear vision for their business and work with them to implement the steps needed to achieve the desired result. The process is tailored to each individual business and owner, since all businesses and people are different. 

Scott Pearce

Scott’s experience includes management roles at both small and large organizations in various areas from sales to operations. He also started a successful service business in Central Florida in 1997 and sold it in 2008.  It is this hands-on experience in the day-to-day life of a business owner that makes him uniquely qualified to serve other business owners.

Scott earned a B.S. Degree in Business and Professional Leadership from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. He is also a Licensed Professional Business Coach and a member of the Professional Business Coaches Alliance. This partnership with the PBCA allows him access to more than 100 other coaches throughout the United States and the world with varying backgrounds, all dedicated to the success of the small business owner.  The PBCA also shares a wealth of resources with regard to analyzing your business, determining needs, and providing solutions for effective change.

On a personal note, Scott lives in Cary, North Carolina with his wife of 18 years and three children. He likes to travel and enjoys camping.  This allows him to be outdoors and with his family, both of which he loves. He also attends and leads the worship team at The Creek church located in North Cary.
