• Weekly meetings for one hour or more to set and review action plans and discuss current status
• 45 minute scheduled phone call each week between meetings to review actions steps, etc.

STANDARD COACHING PLAN

• Meetings every week for the first three weeks of each month for 1 hour or more to set and review action plans and discuss current status

NEW BUSINESS START-UP COACHING

• Assist in development or enhancement of Business Plan, Mission and Vision
• 4 meetings of 1.5 - 2 hours to plan strategy, timeline, and review Best Business Practices
• Phone and email accessibility for questions and consultations between meetings
• Initial on-site review to recommend systems, organization and strategy
  

BUSINESS EFFECTIVENESS SERIES GROUP COACHING

• Group Coaching (12 weeks at 2 hours per week )
• Exchange ideas with other business owners or entrepreneurs starting out (non-competing)
• Phone and email accessibility for questions and consultations between meetings
• 2 hour individual Strategy Planning Session with your coach either during or after the series

EXTENDED DISC PERSONAL ANALYSIS

• A self-assessment questionnaire – identifies strengths and development areas of you or employees
