Peer Advisory Boards
When is the last time you really talked about your important business issues (and got great answers)?
No one excels at all aspects of business. Most of us could use someone to bounce ideas off of, a fellow business leader who can relate to our issues, someone to hold us accountable to make the difficult decisions. A Peer Group Advisory Board gives you a small group of like-minded business owners who get to know you and your business so you can depend on each other for honest feedback and support.
Peer Group Advisory Boards are NOT another networking group and it is different from other CEO groups out there and offered at a fraction of the cost of the others. It is more like the Board of Directors you never had. Led by business coach Scott Pearce, each group is carefully selected to include complementary industries, personalities and management styles.
Does any of this sound familiar to you?
- It can be overwhelming being proficient at marketing, sales, HR, customer service and finances. How is it possible to be good at these tasks, and still run the business?
- By hiring quickly to fill a spot, I have often hired a liability, rather than an asset.
- I'm spending 60 hours or more at work every week and I have no time for my family.
- Its lonely at the top; there is really no one I can talk to about a number of key business issues.
- Getting my staff to focus on the right tasks is exhausting.
If you can relate to the statements above, a Peer Group Advisory Board may be the perfect way to take your business to the next level and will likely make you a lot happier in the process.
